• When requesting your account to be activated, your information is processed through our online secure order form for processing.
  
• Account requests received Monday through Friday, will be set up within 24 hours. Requests received after 5:00pm on Friday, and those received on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed as time allows throughout the weekend, but always by 5:00 PM the following Monday unless it is a Holiday, which it will then be set up by Tuesday at 5:00pm.

Billing Due Dates:

Billing periods for all accounts is 30 days. Account activations are setup on a recurring billing basis. The credit card that you use to activate your account will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary date of the account activation.

Credit Card Billing Process:

The credit card that you used to activate your account will be automatically billed each month. Should you need to change the credit card information on your account, you can do so by visiting the Account Management Area and selecting the "Credit Card Change Request" option. It is not necessary for you to call us for these changes, as you will only be directed to this area of our web site to complete the form.
NOTE: You must use this form when making changes to your billing information - if made any other way, the changes might not be processed.

All billing information changes will be used in the upcoming billing period. All accounts are on a recurring basis, therefore your credit card will be automatically billed each month on the anniversary of your account activation.

Account Cancellations:

To cancel your account, please go to the Account Management Area, select the "Account Cancellation" option, and complete the necessary information.
